JOSH GRAY NAMED TO EASTERN CONFERENCE MIDSEASON ALL-NBA G LEAGUE TEAM
Gray selected by coaches and general managers as one of the Eastern Conference’s top performers
ERIE, PA – The NBA G League announced today that BayHawks guard, Josh Gray, was named as one of the 12 members of the 2019-20 Eastern Conference Midseason All-NBA G League Team.
NBA G League coaches and general managers vote on the top performers from the first half of the season from their respective conferences. In 26 games played (25 starts), Gray (6-1, 170) is currently averaging 23.0 points (second in G League), 7.9 assists (third in G League), 5.7 rebounds and 2.5 steals (third in G League) in 37.1 minutes (second in G League). The Lake Charles, La. native is also the only player in the G League averaging at least 23.0 points, 7.5 assists and 2.5 steals. No player in G League history has accomplished that feat over an entire season.
Erie is set for a Tuesday evening matchup with Capital City, as the BayHawks conclude their season series with the Go-Go. Tip is set for 7 p.m. tomorrow at Erie Insurance Arena.
